Cluster headache is an uncommon well-defined neurovascular syndrome occurring in both episodic and chronic varieties. It is the most painful of the primary headache disorders. The attacks lasting from 15 to 180 minutes, are occurred unilaterally, and accompanied by signs and symptoms of autonomic dysfunction. Attacks frequently occur at night. Agents used for acute therapy include inhalation of oxygen (efficacy of 60 to 70 %), triptans, and dihydroergotamine respectively. We reported a case with cluster headache which recovered by inhalation of oxygen.
